Once upon a time in Maui, Hawaii, the Parsons family—Tim, Summer, and their awesome kids Xander, Harrison and Scarlet —decided to turn their love of spicy food into something legendary. It all started when Tim, a homeschool dad and backyard chicken whisperer, needed a fun way to teach his kids about business. Instead of lemonade stands or sock-puppet companies, they went big—HOT SAUCE big! With a garden full of chili peppers (and probably a few too many taste tests that ended in fire-breathing), the Parsons crew started Adoboloco. The name? A mix of “adobo” (a delicious marinade and Tim’s favorite word) and “loco” (because, well… hot sauce should be crazy good).
